This plastic/resin/ stainless steel/mult- drug sculpture had been on the back burner and tinkering with the RX plaques in plastic spurred me on to this composite 3 D version.

To be sure, it’s an honor. It is a competitive call for art. I was initially invited to show the large blue green , bronze Maya, but it was too big by 2 inches to get into the elevator.

Dual Medical Meaning: In ancient Greece, pharmakon referred to any drug, medicine, potion, or poison. It highlighted an inherent ambiguity: a substance that heals can just as easily harm depending on the dosage or context.
