Arts Fort Worth called an audible ( changed their mind ) after their decision on what artwork they wanted versus what they could handle. They informed me that they did not have the equipment to install Madre into their facility, due to a weight problem. They asked me to send in three new submissions that did not exceed 200 lbs.or that 2 men could lift; and, they selected a sculpture of a Parrot. So the big mama, Madre sculpture will not be traveling to Fort Worth which is a lot easier for me. Instead , I will be delivering this parrot head.
